Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Brand Ambassador who is not only passionate about marketing and brand promotion but also skilled in service sales. In this hybrid role, you will be the face of Sir Grout Tacoma, responsible for fostering brand awareness and driving sales through community engagement, social media, and direct customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with the community through events and campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

- Collaborate with influencers across social media platforms to promote our services, increasing reach and driving sales.

- Create and share engaging content on social media to highlight our services and customer success stories.

- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, demonstrating the benefits of our services to potential clients.

- Understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

- Monitor social media and marketing metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and impact.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hard surface care industry preferred.

Compensation: $1,200.00 - $2,400.00 per week
